I requested a 7.30 delivery , was delivered at 6pm , I turned it away as my son still up and not in bed and don’t want cold food !! Was called to say I had to accept it , it’s my fault I have screenshots and email confirmation of my order time but still argued my fault and not their mistake ……worse customer service imaginable
